At a red light, on a fast food napkin.
I’ll admit it I fell in the water, I did.

I slipped and I fell and I splashed in my sin.

The current was strong. It engulfed me within.

I gasped for each breath, too tired to swim.

I thought, “This is it. This is surely the end!”

But my father reached down and he saved me …AGAIN.
